Help! Coming To SF, Need A Good Date Spot

So I have a date this Saturday night in San Francisco and I'm coming in from out of town. I've been crawling the internet looking for a good spot and I definitely got on this too late lol. Most of the good places I found are booked. I'm looking for something with a lounge feel but with good food. Something dark, cozy and swanky that I can still get a reservation at on a Saturday night. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you!

EDIT: First of thank you all! So many great suggestions! Unfortunately some of them were booked. I sent a bunch of them to my date and she chose Chotto Matte! So that's the winner! Hopefully there will be a second date and I can try out some of these other places y'all recommended.

Am I Doing Too Much?

Hi! I am 55 years old. I have been working out most of my life since my twenties off and on. I've never tried to get in competition shape, I just wanted to look good for myself. For most of my life I did bro splits and found pretty good success with them. I took about five years off and coming back is hard and I've been trying something new, Arnold splits. Again I am seeing pretty good results and am really enjoying these splits. I've never done push pull as I can never seem to come up with a routine that I've been happy with but I'm not against it. I am even thinking about rotating between all three to keep my body guessing.

But my real question is about volume. I think I'm probably doing Way too much. But then I fear if I don't do all of what I'm doing that I won't get the same results. When in fact the truth might be that I'd get better results.

When I did bro splits I did each muscle on one day, doing five exercises for each muscles with 4 sets of each.

Now I do 3 exercises, 4 sets of chest, back, legs, and shoulders on the appropriate days. And I do 2 exercises, 4 sets, of bi's and tri's. I do these twice a week.

Am I doing too much? What should I be doing?

And the last thing I'd like to add is that I do not mind this volume. It is tiring but it doesn't bother me to work hard. I dunno, maybe what I'm doing is just fine?

Please let me know your thoughts.

Please Help Me Find Inpatient Depression Center

Hi. I need to go somewhere. I looked at places before and found a 5 day program that they told me was completely covered financially by a grant. But I can’t remember the name of the place. Does anyone know of this place or any others? I like the idea of starting with a 5 day program and then deciding if I’d need a longer stay. Any information would be appreciated.
Thank you

Hey! Our Monday night APA pool team needs a few new players. It is Monday night at Felt at 7pm. It is an 8 and 9 ball format. It's a great crowd on Monday nights and lots of fun. We finished last session in first place in 8 ball! Looking for all skill levels, you don't need to be great, that's what the APA is all about. Just competing, learning and having fun. Please let me know if you're interested. Thank you :)
