Have a wide palate but my maxilla is recessed
I have a pretty weird situation in that both of my jaws are recessed in the front-back axis lacking anterior projection, but my teeth are well developed and I have a wide palate. (48-49 mms measured with with my aligners). is there any possibility that this mewing orthtropics stuff might give me forward growth? I have seen tons of transformations but they mainly claim progress in expanding the palate horizontally. I am 16 so I’m worried Im nearing the end of my facial growth
