What do you do daily that's boring and could be automated, but there's no tool for it?
Most jobs I've seen have some piece of work that's obviously automatable and just... isn't. Simple, short, repetitive — clicking the same option a hundred times a day.
I actually left my last job partly because of it. It was in finance, so a human genuinely did need to review and confirm each item before submission — that part made sense. But every single click was manual. The judgment call was the job; the clicking was just tax on top of it.
What's yours? The part of your day where you're on autopilot, and you've thought "a script could do this."
