I just got braces and something that makes like a barrier to my tongue so it wouldn't push my teeth if you know what I'm talking about.. I have overbite (I don't know it's name) and I can't say or talk anything clearly...is there a way I can speak like I used to while wearing braces plus this thing that creates speech impediment for me?

Please recommend anything that could work I don't wanna speak like this in school.
