To add context, my account was banned over a year ago, and I took the steps to safely ban evade. I used a VPN, I used Vesktop, I used a completely different email. How do I resolve this? Was I banned?

This is a follow up to my earlier post regarding this house. I have this open space right after you walk out of the foyer. I need some help as to how to go about filling this space.
