Yesterday i got banned for some child safety 🥹🥹🥹, idk how. And i created a new account today with a similar user name and pfp(thought it'd be easier for friends to get that it's me) . That one got banned right after i verified the phone number. Now i don't have a discord account and have run out of phone numbers to create a new account. Im so frustrated, almost teared up ( im young)

Think anyone can help me ?

I think many people don't know It and possibly got into trouble for that.

I'm not talking about the outright slur one, I've witnessed a cases of African-American people using said word in a non concering/offensive way and still getting punished, Ik It's common for ppl to say that online as a non slur but yeah, It can get you fucked up on Discord, friendly reminder.

Me and a bunch of people on this gaming community server started getting random false Child Safety violations from discords AI mod for random nondescript messages we sent over the last 3 months. It limited my account and kept pushing the date back until yesterday morning when I opened the app it had logged me out and when I tried to log back in it demanded MFA codes but I had never setup MFA on my discord.

Is this something they do to lock you out of your account? I can't find any examples of it happening to anyone else. I never received an email saying I was perma banned or see any message like that when trying to login. I can't even get into my account to ask it to review the additional violations it keep giving me. It so far had reversed one of the violations and removed it.

I have no clue why MFA is suddenly demanded when trying to log into the account or why they suddenly decided to send their AI to audit that server and start handing out nonsense suspensions to people. This app has really gone downhill fast, this is some absolute nonsense.

Hi! I was in DMs with one of my friends and accidentally brought up the report window somehow, I'm not sure how. There was a list of different reasonss I could send for the report like "I didn't like it" or harassment and so on. I tried clicking out of it with the X on the top right, but when I thought I did, I got a pop-up window asking "How was your reporting experience?" with a rating system below it. Does that mean it went through? Is my friend at risk of a dumb automation ban, or me from sending a false report?

i requested a review few days after i got limited since i dont even remember that server or talked in it, my acc was suppsoed to be back in aug 12 but its still suspended and the review is pending

ok so a long time ago i hopped on a server with some.. not-so-good guys, but anyway, i talked with them jokingly or something like that. until some mor- i mean not a very bright guy just responded to me with a screenshot of dreamybull as my pfp on telegram. i responded like "ts was suggested by you bro whatcha yo talk about", and attached a screenshot as proof. It’s important to note that I didn’t censor this screenshot, but there was no point in doing so anyway, since it’s an NSFW channel, and there were hardly any rules. of course, i didn't violate any TOS afaik, and dreamybull content is not NCSC, but after 12 hours i got a permanent ban for, ahem ahem, "non consensual sexual content". i, of course, tried to appeal it inside the app, and who would've thought, they declined it. and for the past 6 months up to this day i've been trying to get any explanation, but all messages are botted, and twitter "discord support" said something like "hI tHerE, UhHH sorRy bUt if YoU goT reSpoNse On Ur TikIt ThIs DecISion iS pErManEnt, AnD wE mAy nOt rEspOnsE tO iT", my ass, that's the point.

anyway, what should i do? i reeeaaally need to save my account, but the only option left seems to be trying to bypass ts... which i really don't want to do, because if i get caught, saving my account would go from a "most likely impossible" state to an "impossible" state.

for additional context, i got all the proofs, and sent them to support. The server ID, the channel ID, the screenshot that was considered as "NCSC" (of course censored, only face is recognisable), the proof that i sent this in a NSFW channel. i sent it multipple times, in a usual appeal theme, and in a general question. only botted answers, that i "sent it not there what i should" or "uhhh maybe you should try appeal it inside app", bruh. ridiculous. and yes, this thing affected only me (only me get banned, despite the fact that dreamybull pics was sent not only by me), and messages in that channel was deleted most likely by a moderation team, which is proving my theory that exactly what led to my ban.

What to do now ? I've used guide, went into talking with a real human he wanted me to tell the story of what happened, used guide etc and now he went radio silent for 26 days
