This city is clearly too safe because police is so bored they drive at night following bicycles, happened to me few times they drove behind me for miles just to find reason to give me ticket, my friend me same thing happened to him an unmarked car was following him then they stopped him because he threw banana peel away and they said he's littering, they really have nothing to do, I wish there was higher crime rate.

How do you think October this year will be given this year is hot and dry because I was planning on coming to hike a little?

In my city they "improved" cycling by making bike paths that are part of the pavement and bikes ride both ways this is super dangerous and if you wanna ride faster it's just impossible, it would take me like 4x longer to cross the city this way, but because they made those amazing (in their heads) bike paths you are not allowed to ride on the street anymore and can't ride on bus lane either (although mopeds are ok which go same speed as some guys road bikes like me). Also some of those bike paths are combined with pavements so you're supposed to ride between people and you are forced into it by law.
