What King of the Hill opinion would get you kicked out of the alley?

Everybody has at least one King of the Hill opinion they know other fans probably won’t agree with.

Maybe you think a popular character is overrated, an episode everyone loves isn’t that great, Peggy gets too much hate, Dale gets away with way too much, or one of the later seasons is better than people give it credit for.

What’s your King of the Hill opinion that would make Hank put down his beer and say, “Now hold on a minute…”?

The most unhinged episode of KOTH ever

My kids would beg me to play this episode when they were younger. They couldn't get enough of it.

Not the first time Bobby had blue hair.

I was watching an earlier episode and remembered that Bobby has had blue hair before. Just a funny little realization after seeing him with blue hair in flashbacks in the newest season.

How long will $53,000 stretch in Belchers' Grove

Lucky already bought Pretty Pretty Truck Truck. With his lifestyle before marrying Luanne, Lucky could die any day: stick fighting, rolling his truck, swallowed by a catfish. But if we had 53,000 minus the car, would we never have to work a day in our life. Or is that just the fantasy of snaggletoothed moron.

Dale Gribble Saved My House

My home has a persistent ant infestation and I would normally see them in the kitchen, garage, and near doors/windows. I never thought much of it and hired a local exterminator who sold me a monthly service to spray poison and lay little traps. Every time they came, the ants stopped appearing, and a week or 2 later, the ants would return, which coincided with the exterminator visit.

This describes about 2 years of "ant control".

But then I felt inspired by Dale to get into the ants head and dedicate a couple of hours following them around and basically drawing a map of their paths, noting the different cracks they traveled through.

OMG! I uncovered at least 3 different major points where the ants were burrowing from the outside, into my house. I found major cracks behind big stuff that don't get moved where millions of ants were in transit.

I got expanding foam, sealant, and other materials to seal the big and small holes, moved every object in the house and spent days just following the ants and every time they went into a space I sealed it right behind them. I must have looked as crazy as Dale, but it worked.

So far, the observable ants are 90% gone, and everyday I check my hotspots and make sure the paths are still sealed. Thank you Dave for inspiring me to go all in and get to the source of the infestation!

Hank always honors his word

Boomhauer: Man Hank's- look at dat dang ol’- fid’ ol’ stick man, he’d ol walk’n like dis- he can see again man like, Hank kinda lookin all s’pooky man ah, HANK’S GOT HIS SIGHT MAN RUN!

Hank was true to his word when he said “And the second I see some ass, I’m kicking it!”

I think this might be one of the only times Bill countered Hank's bull and Hank didn't have a retort.

This is the episode where Hank struggles to want to vote for George W. because the man had a weak handshake. And as Hank was sharing this, Bill did not even try to entertain that it makes sense. Then eventually Hank tried to throw Luanne under the bus, and Bill counters with this. Hank didn't have a retort or a threat, which I think is one of the few times Bill has had the final word in an interaction about opinions between him and Hank. Granted, Dale took over, but still.

What in the heck is this?

Found this little doo-dad at work, can anyone tell me what it is? And what it’s used for? I work at a shipping store if that helps any.

What is the worst and best thing Peggy hill has done?

Across all canon, what would yall say is the worst and best thing Peggy ever did?

Do you all agree Dale was overexaggerating in his ventriloquist memory of his childhood? I for one, definitely don't think his parents or the kids at his party were all laughing at him for being afraid of the dummy they gave him

Anyone know and care to explain the Ray J Johnson Jr joke?

I feel like Bobby every time I watch it. I try to pretend it's funny to make myself think I get it but I really don't. Is there a reference I'm missing? Seems like a Abbott and Costello style joke maybe? Can anyone help a girl out?

Edit: why am I being down voted? I appreciate those of you giving insight plus the person that provided the link to the actual skit.

New wall art arrived today

It blends in with my unfortunately beige walls, but I'm a satisfied customer.
