Hello community, quick question, as a Full time do I need to have mandatory closing shifts? I have being scheduled opening and mid shift only the last 2 months by my manager making coworkers mad at me and all the time they ask why I don’t close. I tell them I have an open availability and is up to the manager… my schedule changes every 2 weeks and they have a set schedule, they have 2 days off on a row I don’t. They have a weekend day off I don’t… I’m always working Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I think they are mad because I got full time on a relatively short time, and some of them still waiting… And you don’t need to be a genius to guess why they don’t get FT….
