Hi Guys n Girls

I am a newbie still. I modeled this deadlift grip for fingers training. Basically a handle from which you hang 10s of kilos and you deadlift with the tip of your fingers ( climbing training )

I have no idea why these errors happened as from previous prototypes in PLA it was all good. Could you guide me on how to make it better ? It was printed without supports, and the AMS did not stop mid print
