I have accidentally booked a flight to Tokyo that isn’t direct and I’m travelling with my 19 year-old daughter who suffers from anxiety around flying. Unfortunately I booked my flight through Flight Centre. I’d like to swap the flight for same route same cabin same date but just a direct flight. I’ve spoken to Flight Centre and they’ve told me that Qantas doesn’t consider this an emergency and have declined. Appreciate if anyone at Qantas can help. TIA
