I went up from 30mg Elvanse to 40mg a month ago now and i’ve never felt any different apart from my appetite has decreased since starting stimulant medication but this last week it has been driving me insane i’m not able to have my hair down at all because i can feel every single strand touching my head, face, neck or ear i’ve had to tie it up everyday and continuously wash it to try and ease this sensation. my body’s been so itchy it’s unbearable i can feel every little thing touching my skin and i can’t deal i feel insane i can’t get my meds changed i don’t wanna stop cold turkey n i end up binging and not able to leave my bed even more idk if all of this this is normal or not but i feel alone as no one understands me or has adhd around me. My anger has been at an all time high and it’s impacting me being able to complete work i’ve had to get a sick note for my job for a month too due to it impacting every single part of my life and worsening my mental health i feel so stuck.
