US: How are ratings of all 4’s considered? Do you actually read the feedback or look at the ratings?

I have scheduled the boutique for my 3 girls, for anyone with a similar experience - are there multiple people to service the kids simultaneously or is it a per family situation? I would like to schedule pictures to be done afterwards but we have reservations and don’t want to miss those either. Thank you!
