Fuel trim concern

2008 350Z Base 6MT here. I’ve noticed my LTFTs are consistently around +14% to +18% on both banks and I’m trying to figure out if that’s normal for these cars.

The car is mostly stock besides:

  • Injen short ram intakes
  • Tomei single exit exhaust (Stock Cats)

Could the intakes/exhaust be causing the positive fuel trims or making the car run lean?

So far I have:

  • replaced intake manifold and throttle body gaskets
  • cleaned both MAF sensors
  • cleaned throttle bodies
  • smoke tested the car with no vacuum leaks found

The car drives fine and has no lean codes, but I’m wondering if it’s still safe to drive with trims this high. Is there anything else I should check, or is this just something I’ll have to deal with until I get it tuned?
