We are facing a lot of issue from last 2 months, service centre fixes for 40-45min and gives back everytime. I don't know what to do. If anyone can suggest that will be helpful. I have a doubt that somebody in parking area dragged our locked scooty from its dedicated place to corner where we found it one day since then, it started. Pls help

Also, if future investments are done in spouse’s name (she’s not in taxable bracket), will gains be taxed in her hands or clubbed with mine if funds come from me?
