Ripple Peperomia - help!
My plant looked like the first two pics a week ago, droopy, dull lower leaves, but the middle leaves were firm, shiny and upright. The plant was “lifting” out of the soil (not sure what that’s called?) but it was super dry and I could lift the whole rootball out. (I’d been using a moisture meter to gauge my plants bc I’m prone to overwatering 🙃 and it had still read “moist” at the very bottom of the pot.
However, with the root ball separated from the rest of the soil and dry as a bone, I looked it up and it looked like I needed to bottom water it? So I did …. And now it looks like the third pic. The good leaves are all shriveling and weird. (Note: I inspected the roots before I bottom watered and they weren’t dark/mushy and looked totally normal, so I thought I’d underwatered it.
Now I have no idea. Any advice?? (I read that they need to be nearly root bound in a shallow pot, and it’s currently in a pot twice its size and deep, so I will be changing that, if I can keep it alive.
Any advice on saving it and/or how to take care of it??
