My new beautiful Peperomia

she was secondhand, but a loved addition to my jungle! she seems to be a little less green than when I brought her home however, but she has been perking up once I give her outside time (I have a south facing balcony), otherwise her shelf is about 3 feet from the window (also south facing). I guess she prefers it sunnier.

If anyone has any advice to keep her happy I'd also appreciate it! She is on a watering schedule and fertilized at least once a month

Peperomia Macaron

Home Depot has a sale on proven winners littles: 3 for $12. I ended up with 2 hoyas and this cool Peperomia. 😃 Now to look up it's. Are needs. It reminds me of my Metallica so I'm thinking they are related. They had other peps, hoyas etc.

Peperomia liadensis

Hi everyone. A few months ago I got this peperomia liadensis for my birthday. It's growing really well and I love the long arms. I got a better soil mix right now for repotting so now I am looking for some better information regarding its growth. Is it okay for the plant to grow so spindly, or does it need to be pruned? If so, how do I go about it so I don't end up with just bare branches? As far as I know, the plant is already quite large. Big thanks in advance 🙏

Peperomia help

My peperomia hope, named Joy, is NOT thriving and Joy is sad, as am I. Please help me help her. She was beautiful and healthy, growing but also stretching. So I put her under a grow light and for a bit she continued to do well. I missed watering her once and she did get very dry and was dropping leaves. I watered her and hoped to see her spring back but she never did. She's dropped countless leaves and even whole sections of her limbs. I reported her thinking maybe she had been cramped but that didn't change anything. Her younger leaves are mostly curled. The odd thing is I do still see new growth in 4 different spots. I'm confused with her mixed signals, guys!! Help a girl out, please! The last photo shows a dropped section just from me turning the pot to take the photos. 😭

The plant that makes me smile most, Peperomia Incana

I know some people will say that I should rotate it.. but I just love the slanted leaning effect. I don’t know. It just makes me happy seeing all those round leaves facing the same way. Don’t even get me started on the fuzz. Haha

My Peperomia Frost :3

This is my frosty dude (Gael).

I’ve had him for a few months and he’s been so happy! I repotted him after about the first month as I thought his leaves were growing so much that I figured he could use it.

I potted him in a 6 1/2in deeper pot (way to big of an upgrade, I know that now), with drainage and used a the miracle grow succulent soil. I noticed that about after a month, the soil was still damp. And then this morning, there were a few fungus gnats swarming it! I immediately thought of the worst so I took him out of his pot and downsized to a terracotta 4 1/2 in pot, with new soil (same bag but dry). I checked the roots for rot and everything seemed just okay but way too damp for 1 month later… The leaves are still plenty healthy and vibrant.

Can anyone tell me if I messed up with my repotting here? Or if there’s another step I should take or missed? I didn’t re-water as the soil near the roots as still pretty damp. Thanks! :)

Mr. Spiky Butt Update

Ok so I posted this guy before as an appreciation post, but my God his genitals just keep getting BIGGER! What do i do with it now? They're so long some of them are falling over. Is it time to snip them?! Apple for scale. (Also i found out its not one plant. There are a couple guys in there spooning)

Height of My Marble Peperomia Obtusifolia

I've had this marble peperomia obtusifolia for 2 years now. 1st pic is now, 2nd is 2 years ago. It was one of the 1st plants I bought at the same time as a couple other's and started my journey into the plant world! I've read that they only get to 12 inches tall when grown indoors. If that's the case, somebody forgot to inform mine! It is 2'2" at it's tallest point. Will it grow taller? I also didn't know these could be trailing plants! I'm staking mine up for now!

My first time having issues with a seller on Etsy. This was sold to me as a peperomia burbella starter plant.

This is pretty clearly a peperomia frost or something similar, yes? I’ve had a more mature burbella in the past (4” pot) and it looked nothing like this. I know the leaves can change as these guys continue to grow, but I need some help here. I’ve had it for about a month now, figuring maybe I should give it some time to see if the leaves looked any different after it settled but they don’t seem to be changing.

For what it’s worth, I ordered two starter plants from this seller and the other one was also wrong. Purchased a pink lady and they absolutely sent me a burgundy ripple. 🥲

Thanks in advance 💕

Kimnacchi question

I'm spoiled cuz my peps tend to flourish here but I'm not sure I'm giving this what it needs. It's not getting as lush and growing as fast as my other peps. It's getting about 600 FC of light. I'm thinking a tad much? Does it look etoliated to you or is this it's growth pattern? Tho with that light it's unlikely....Thoughts?

New Plant

I just bought this yesterday. Can anyone give me some tips for plant care please? I never know if I should water it right after I buy it or wait. Oh and it’s in a north facing window!

Peperomia axillaris

Picked up this beast of a Peperomia axillaris off Facebook marketplace this week. Will need to find a heavy pot for it as it's very top heavy and keeps falling over. Hopefully i can propagate a few smaller ones from it too.

Any fellow Kimnachii owners?

I don’t think I’ve seen any posts of this one. Mine was so big, I was selling propagations of her, but winter took its toll on ALL my plants. Shes bouncing back, though. 💗 Thankful for a greenhouse lol
