Help needed with rehabbing a watermelon peperomia!

Hi everyone,

My watermelon peperomia has been pushing out wrinkled and curled in leaves, and is starting to grow rather awkwardly. I am looking for suggestions for getting it to look and feel its best!

I have a good variety of pot sizes, and some perlite and orchid bark I can add to my soil mix. I’m not sure the best way to go about repotting and pruning leaves and I would love some advice.

A bit of plant history:
Purchased from a local greenhouse in Jan of this year and repotted once into miracle gro indoor plant mix. I’ve kept it in a nursery pot in a spot that receives moderately bright indirect light. I’ve been feeding it every few waterings with miracle gro plant food, maybe once a month. I water it whenever the leaves start to feel bendy. All of my plants were treated with Maggie’s 3-in-1 garden spray a little over a month ago after seeing signs of pests on new growth from other plants.

Also, I know miracle gro isn’t everyone’s favorite. I wanted to add that I am not looking for any soil or fertilizer recommendations at this time, just looking for suggestions to make what I have on hand work best for my plant’s needs! Thank you!

we need more time to set up for the new month

it is outrageous to me the amount of time we have for store box and etc every month.

what do you mean I’m meant to do all of my opening tasks, and have the window clings and shelf talkers out by 10am? it feels like we’re rushing to set up every month. it was busy last night so I also had to finish end caps and print the tags for everything.

I would LOVE to see more hours budgeted for tearing down and setting up for the month ahead. the 15 minutes we have to open and close isn’t enough with the extra tasks we get. my store is pretty high volume so it’s hard to get things done inbetween customers sometimes.

does anyone else have this problem? how have you been able to work through it?
