I have a lot of small moles around the neck and upper throat that get easily irritated (when shaving for example or after a haircut, some are even red in the pictures). They become red and some are even starting to bleed. Since only the surfaces of the moles are affected is that something to worry about?

I’m unsure about removal since it’s not one big unpleasant mole that can be removed but small ones all over the area. I fear that could leave a lot of scars everywhere.

Visually I don’t really like them, especially the ones in the neck area with the cherry angioma.

Has anyone made experiences with removal of multiple small moles, if so, is it something to consider?
