Thigh fat Loss

Hi,

How do I target thigh fat through workout? I want to get a smaller thigh gap. Are there any good workouts that will make me lose my thigh fat? Also I want a way to get stronger knees as well.

Advice needed

  1. F. 168 lbs. I want to get down to around 120-130 by the end of this summer. I’m vegetarian. Eat around 1100-1300 calories a day (on a caloric deficit). I do get in my protein. I get in about 8k-15k steps a day, depending. Additionally, I do elliptical for about 30 mins.
    I do weight training, such as barbell & goblet squats, benches, lateral pull down, hip abductor and leg press/curl.

I’ve gotten down 20 lbs so far but I’m wondering if there’s anything to adjust. I specifically want to get my legs toned AF and lose butt&& hip fat.
