I believe this is a tract and hasnt bleed in a little bit started yesterday do i need oral antibiotics every time? I have a cream i put on it that has antibiotics in it

Just finished 10 days worth of antibiotics and its bleeding again fml. This past year has been a bitch with the thing
So i was recently diagnosed with pilonidal, at first doc thought maybe my “seem” was just off because my cyst is small but now has diagnosed with pilonidal. I am in Alberta, Canada. He has referred me to a general surgeon but i’m scared tbh. Idk what to expect and if anyone has ideas on how to help with flare ups, this past year has been pretty rough compared to the rest of my life(30 yrs old) it used to happen once every few years now every month or so
