Aching all over feet secondary to plantar fasciitis - anyone else experience this?

I have confirmed PF by imaging in both my feet (1 year of this hell) however, what bothers me most is not actually the sharp pain or the morning pain- it’s this deep awful aching feeling across the bottom of both of my feet (lowkey just the whole foot) that comes on with time spent on feet. It’s bilateral and completely the same on both sides.

Usually it comes on the longer I stand, and if I overdo it the aching persists when sitting/laying down and for like hours after standing. Advil/tylenol do nothing.

Sometimes I feel like the achiness is better or worse randomly and not perfectly correlated with how much time spent on my feet, but it always comes on when standing/walking/never like randomly while watching TV. I think it’s worse when dehydrated or really tired but happens regardless.

I’m 26F and am wondering what the heck this is - is it just my nervous system up regulating pain bc I’ve had this condition for so long? Or is this a common PF symptom? Lmk if anyone has insight or similar experience:)

Shockwave success?

Has anyone had success from shockwave performed by a physician? I’ve done shockwave with a PT before with no success but I think it was 1. A different type of shockwave and 2. Probably not done correctly by the PT

About to start a 4 week course and looking for success (or not success) stories

What’s missing from my app?

Hello! Non trad (hoping to apply next cycle - meaning in 2027) and trying this year to get everything in order. Wanted to share what I’ve arranged so far to identify any glaring gaps I should try to fill.

Prioritizing MD only

- GPA 3.5 (oof) but upward trend & graduated 6+ years ago so it is what it is. Taking 4 diy postbacc classes & anticipating As in all. Will also take more classes next year and send adcoms updated results to show I can get As in upper divs.

- MCAT 520

- 4,000 hours (6,000 anticipated by matriculation) working at a cutting edge AI healthcare startup doing a variety of roles but 300+ hours of this will either have been on-site with physicians (sometimes in patient rooms) or direct training physicians over zoom. Most of my impactful app stories will come from this, have learned so much about the industry and helped with product dev and all sorts of things

- 7,000 hours working in another health tech company on marketing side

- 250 hours crisis hotline volunteering, 500 hours anticipated by matriculation to school

- 50+ hours shadowing

There’s definitely room for more but curious what the people have to say in terms of where it should go. Getting research prob unlikely given I don’t have connects and work full time. Appreciate mucho <3
