Is he no longer interested?
I started talking to a man on Bumble a little over two weeks ago. Lots of back and forth messaging, we knew each other from our younger days (both over 40). I have a young child and his social calender has been full, so we haven't been able to meet. Secured a date for this coming Friday, swapped numbers and moved to whatsapp at the weekend just gone.
I noticed and felt a shift on Sunday. He has been leaving me on read, not continuing our conversation, also left me on unread - while being online/offline. I asked him this morning to let me know if he wasn't feeling it. He said that it's all good, that he's not a big texter especially during the week because of work.
I can't shake off the feeling that I am being kept on the back burner as an option. I suspect he got chatting to someone on Saturday night when he was out? Well within his right to of course...but what should I do? Believe his words or his actions? Should I message again or do nothing?
