The salon manager continues creating group messages with current employees while suspended for inappropriate behavior, including calling employees offensive names.

There also appears to be favoritism within the workplace. The manager socializes with certain employees outside of work, which creates an uncomfortable and divided environment. Employees who do not participate in these outside relationships often feel excluded, and workplace issues are unfairly blamed on them.

This behavior has negatively affected morale, communication, and professionalism within the salon.
