I want RPG ammo variants.
I think this could work out.
Tandem warhead - more damage, less range or capacity.
Thermobaric - effective against humans not so against vehicles.
Smoke - long range smoke delivery would be cool
Tear gas - disorienting like a flash bang.
Anti- air - no tracking but detonates based on proximity and has a Flak effect.
Incendiary - larger effect than the grenade, does nothing to vehicles.
You could make a backpack of chosen rounds and switch between them.
Other variants for the other launchers could also be done easily.
