Simlandi/ wearing off
Wondering about people’s experiences with Simlandi OR your experience with a biologic in general. I switched from Hyrimoz to Simlandi due to insurance. I have now been on a biologic for 7 months. It starts to wear off at about day 10. It’s been like that pretty consistently. Overall my experience seems to be that medicine is building up slowly and making a difference. I’ve noticed it really working well the last few doses. I feel like a different person when I wake up on Tuesday after taking it.
I know every one is different, but I’m wondering how long did you wait to switch and if you experienced wearing off, did it “accumulate” more over time. I’m wondering if those 4 days could get better. That is obviously the hope, but curious about others experiences.
I asked my doctor if I could take every 10 days, and he said no the next thing would be to try Enbrel.
