University Square Lease Takeover 8/1 (1br/1ba)

“1Bedroom/1bathroom apartment available on August 1st! The apartment is located at University Square Apartments. I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease! The security deposit will be prepaid in the lease so that will not incur a cost. I’m also happy to throw in a free month of rent as an incentive! Standard application costs will still apply (background checks and processing fees). I also have some flexibility with the move in date as well. My current lease rate is at $1,551/month and with utilities (electric, water, sewage, renters insurance) I typically pay around $1,650/month.
General reviews and vibes of the place: maintenance is great, they are always super quick and responsive via online ticket system, everyone I’ve met at the leasing office have been super nice and understanding, and they also do apartment events twice a month that include free food or free activities! (It’s super cute!) It’s generally a quite complex with a mix of seniors, students, young adults and some families with children but might lean more heavily towards students due to the proximity to NAU. It’s very walkable to both NAU and some shopping near by!
