Retinoid burn/irratation

I burnt my skin on my chin with adapalene 0.1%, used it 4x times.

I used it every 2–3 days and did buffer, but I suspect my Cosrx snail cream wasn’t good enough. 🥺😭 The irritation was kind of delayed, so I didn’t notice it at first.

Does anyone have any tips/product to help heal?

Products im using

water cleansing + cera ve gentle cleanser evening

Cosrx barrier repair cream on face

Occlusive Locobase cream on my chin.

A generic norwegian suncream <- that I hate, plz gimme suncream reccomendations

Has anyone else completely wrecked their barrier like this? :^(

And please no fungal acne comments — I have clogged pores/keratin on my forehead and the sides of my nose.😔

Hi !

My friend is thinking about buying a new natural shampoo and we wanted to know whether it was good for her hair type?

Her hair type:

A lot of hair (high density)

Medium thickness

Wavy

Her problem erea is an oily scalp (needs washing every 2 days)

"Kvapu namai" shampoo

Ingredients

Sodium Coco-Sulfate, Citric Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Sodium C12-18 Alkyl Sulfate, Aqua, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Citrus extracts, Sunflower oil, Jojoba oil, various plant/fruit extracts, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Parfum, Sodium Benzoate, Limonene, Citral, Linalool

- Would this be too harsh for frequent washing (every other day)?

- Is it good for oily scalp?

- Any red flags in the ingredient list?

Thank youuu
