So I'm a regular with Resist.bot. I sign petitions everyday, got the app, paid subscriber, the whole nine. A couple of weeks ago, the bot sent me a link for,

https://www.amendment.app/

I've been kinda messing with it on and off, still not entirely sure what all it can do. It's cool I can see all the bills that are in process for my state. I was wondering if y'all folks here could help mess around with it.

There's a button at the bottom, Asks, and that's nifty. You can ask, via this bot, to have your representatives to support a bill you also endorse. I like I can see what's going on specifically for my state, elections and bills. There's a chat thing, but it's empty. (It's lonely in there, or maybe I'm not using it right.)

I really do like Resist.bot I get reply emails from my state rep, (the guy can kick rocks, Save Act supporting pos) and from 1 of my senators. The other senator for my state doesn't reply to emails, doesn't have a voicemail for calls, nothing. (Someone like to hide from the bill collector) If this thing works, which it probably does, it'd be a great resource to find exactly wtf is going on, what to support and what to resist. And we have 5calls.org to get these folks numbers and call they asses up.

I've asked a few irl humans to mess around with it, and haven't gotten any feedback yet. When y'all get some time, push buttons on this thing, and lemme know what your figure out.

Forgot to pack the wristbands

I am the biggest goon. I left the package with the wristbands on my bed, next to where my suitcase was. I'm going to have someone overnight me the package, but it likely won't get here till Saturday! Is there anything I can do for friday? If I go down to will call with my info, would I be able to get help there?

Thank you Reddit, for all your help. Bots or not, this is the best community for help.

EDIT!! Yes!! will call will replace your wristbands and parking pass! you need the order number from the site, when ya bought them. 50$ for the wrist, 30$ on parking. traffic is all jammed up and event traffic has to detour around the back. Please follow all the signs! thank you everyone who helped! I cant wait to get down wit yall!

Proximity Question

Hey everybody! I have a question of proximity.

I'm clearing about 3/4 of an acre of my property from brush. The brush consists of raspberry briars, elephant ferns, scrub sumac. A small area is going to be a place to hang out. Some of the area, I'm planting with bushes and trees. The last area, which is about the size of a city house lot, is going to be perennial wild flowers. ••Not all of the sumac is coming out. There's a large stand of trees, about 15' tall I'm leaving for shade. Their blooms are prolific and when the bees are on them, it's a buzz I can hear all the way up to house.••

Now, I live next to the county airport, which houses two different crop dusting companies. The distance between my space and theirs is about a half a mile.

Man, if I fill an area with flowers and bushes intended for wild bees, am I calling them to their death because of the proximity of the ag planes? I get that they're not spraying upon take off, but c'mon, we know things leak.

I'm taking suggestions on what to plant too! Honeyberry and elderberry bushes are near the top of my list, they produce alot of blooms. How should I create a reliable water source for local bees? (Flowers are great but a drink is nice too) My location is mid Michigan, western side, either 5a or 4b depending on who you ask.

Thanks in advance for your advice. I love reading this sub, and learn something all the time!
