Are All Bans Or Moderation Truly Unbiased?

When addressing a rule violation or a person who you deemed to be wrong. Are you guys truly unbiased or are you targeting based on identity. From what I seen in the last 3 months of using Reddit, most moderation are done using more emotions than anything. No logic, no reasoning, just pure *I don’t like it* or *Personally I just don’t like your kind*. Which I’m kind of curious what makes your bans or punishments and/or warning seemed unbiased and justified?

To preface this post, I’m 24.

How is everyone managing decline in cognitive memory?

I started taking Gabapentin and Dulexotine and ever since I started developing brain fog and memory gap. Just earlier this week I bought some AirPods 4 and completely forgot they existed, and now that I need them for a tele-health appointment, I see they’re in a parking lot somewhere I don’t even recall being. I use clipboards with laminated sheets that I check off before leaving a place. 1 in my car, 1 at home, and 1 at work and school. How do you guys manage being 24 or 34 but having the memory span of a 94 year old with Alzheimer’s or dementia?

I’m currently waiting for shift to end so I can go look for them.

Any insight would much greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
