How long after you submit an "appeal" to escalations before they correct the issue?
Error at the warehouse caused me to not be able to deliver my route, route that QR code loaded to my phone app didn't exist in their system and none of the packages in the cart matched the route/ addresses that loaded to my phone... now I'm showing 50 packages undelivered/ unreturned. Support just stated one received too many exceptions for not completing routes, I've only not finished ONE SINGLE route when i slipped on ice in January, so that's not true either! So sent to escalations because it's ridiculous of course. How long before I send a "hey just following up on this" email?
