I’m 20 and have a bilateral varicocele. Left nut is a grade 3 and Right nut is a 1. I haven’t had any issues with pain or ejaculation either. But I do want to have children at some point but I worry that if I don’t get it treated now what if I lose my fertility. - not sure if that’s how it works tbh.

Is it worth getting my case treated now or pushing it closer to whenever I plan on having kids?

I’ve been in contact with my urologist and was recommended to get an embolisation done after some scans but I have also seen the risks of the coils migrating towards lungs and even the heart and I just want to know if anyone has had any bad experiences or if even surgery is better than the embolisation?
