I'm sure this is a pretty common post but I dont have the energy to search for others rn.
My son is 22 months old, and I gave birth to another boy 3 weeks ago. Overall my toddler has been an absolute trooper. He doesn't really fuss, and isn't jealous of the baby from what I can tell. He loves his baby, but when he gets excited he can get really rough. He will hit him, kick him, jump on him, throw toys, even pull him by the head. I try to redirect him and offer alternatives, but I can't stop myself from yelling and getting rough with him.
Is anyone else going through this? What do you do to stop the roughhousing?
