I Co-founded a prop tech startup called Chippi. It handles lead qualification and scoring automatically, for both renter and buyer leads, so agents are only talking to people who are actually ready to move. The pipeline gets structured. The follow up gets systematized. The agent stops being the bottleneck.
We have a MCP with Claude so they can communicate with their data and will become fully agentic soon so realtors don't have to focus on doing the busy work and focus on closing deals.
Since launching we have had users come on board. We are B2B and B2C however its been tough going B2B because they don't even know who we are yet which left us just onboarding realtors individually which is slow. We are trying to figure out the best way to do distribution. We have thought of doing the affiliate model which could work however i would love to get feedback from this community on things we can do to grow as a new company.
