HSBC- Mthree
Hi Guys,
I am reaching out to get some advice . I was recently interviewed with HSBC via Mthree a recruiting firm in the UK.
They said it was an urgent requirement and had my interview scheduled within a week's time . However , now its the 3rd week without any concrete update. Last week I got an update that there are some internal discussions going on and the agency wants to reply me when there is something concrete.
I dont really understand what they mean my "internal discussions"?. Have they already made a decision and waiting for the paperwork to be done or comparing me with other candidates ? Anyone hired through Mthree to HSBC can answer.
Also would need advice generally on what could possibly happen there internally? Thanks.
