TBC Tanking advice
I just started playing on anniversary fairly recently with my irl friends. I am currently a lvl 68 Warrior and I am enjoying fury leveling and the class for now.
Once I get to 70 I would like to transition to tanking for our group when needed and maybe even join a raiding guild, but everywhere I look Prot Warriors are getting bashed for picking “the worst” tank and the general vibe is pretty bad around the spec. (You have to work 30 times as hard to maybe get the same results as other tanks etc.)
Is it really that bad? Should I just play a paladin/druid instead and save myself and my group members from a potential headache? Paladin was always my main, but I wanted to try something new this time.
i do have tanking experience from aotc heroic retail raiding so I am not a complete noob to tanking.
