Advice on finding Au Pairs
We run an au pair company in Qingdao, China and are currently looking for advice on the best ways to find quality au pairs internationally.
We already have a number of great host families ready to welcome au pairs, but we’ve been struggling to consistently secure enough applicants.
Our program includes:
Fully paid flights
Accommodation and meals provided by the host family
Chinese language lessons
Monthly allowance
Cultural exchange opportunities and travel with families
The role mainly involves speaking English with children, helping with light childcare, and becoming part of the family experience in China.
