Genuinely speaking, I am getting pissed with both sides going for each other's throats. You guys are fighting over a show. There, I said it already. Y'all are fighting over a CARTOON for god's sake.

Sure, ignoring the haters are too difficulit (understandable because there are haters who cross the line and do too much and they're complicit and irrational for that) but come on. There is no way both sides are actually in a perpetual war because of a fucking cartoon Jesus Christ guys...

I mean, think about it. Whittman lived in the 1950s, Orwell's 1984 was published in 1949. That's how he probably learned how to control the masses when he was alive and when he went to hell.

He manipulates the media, and Ingsoc does too.

Notice how his face on a screen looks similar to Big Brother is Watching. And not to mention the letter V for VoxTek and the letter V in the ingsoc symbol

in a way, Vox and the Vees are the Inner Party in 1984.
