Need advice: About 2 weeks ago took my truck for a wheel balance. I've driven it a few hundred miles since then, handled fine. Then driving today the front driver wheel came off on the interstate going 65 mph. Managed to slow down and get on the shoulder to watch my 34" tire roll by. Luckily no one else nearby on the road. No injuries. Do I go to the tire shop that balanced the tires? Is the tire/rim that came off still usable? How bad is the repair (dont care as much about body work).
