Got this moka pot, and have brewed a few times, any tips? I always end up with leftover watery espresso in the bottom. The brew tastes pretty good. Have only made cafe bustello out of it.
My order of operations:
- Fill water chamber to just below the valve
- Add grounds by spoon, make a pile, leave it loose, fill it up to mostly full
- brew in smallest burner, at 2-3 heat with the top open
- once it starts bubbling after the espresso comes out, turnt the heat off immediately
Would love to nerd out and try different tech’s, or hear someone take the time to roast me for the wya I make my coffee, let me have it
