Number of Pranayams for Dhyan and Samadhi
This excerpt is from Pranab Gita, Vol. 1 (Commnetary on Bhagvad Gita by Swami Pranabananda), Verse 4.27. Does this mean doing the specified number of pranayams in one session leads to dhyan and Samadhi? Or is it the cumulative effect of multiple sessions where the number of pranayams add up to those numbers?
