I acquired delonghi dedica 685 approx 5 months ago.
So far i haven’t bought any equipment. Everything is stock. Just removed the covering on the steam wand.

I use pressurised portafilter, a toothpick was wdt tool and blue tokai coffee. Also got a milk pitcher for steaming.

Mods: Removed the Cover of rubber steam wand, did the cable-tie mod on rubber steam wand.

I have a request and a question.

# Q: which coffees should i try to get with dedica and how to improve my art to get homogenous brown color on top instead of lines.
