Recently bought a 2022 Skoda Enyaq and had an Ohme ePod charger installed and moved over to EON Next Drive Smart tariff.
Problem is I can't appear to charge the car consistently.
Before the tariff was moved over to the Drive Smart tariff it was just on their normal gas and elec tariff so I could just plug the car in and it would charge whenever I needed.
However since changing tariff I downloaded the EON Next Home app and tried connecting the car to the app without much success and keep getting an error message within the app (see screenshot). Have cleared app cache, data, uninstalled, reinstalled, tried again but still get same error message when trying to connect to the car (initially it let me connect to Skoda within the EON app using Skoda username and password just fine).
I also setup up a charging location within the car settings, thinking I also needed to do that, to see if this would make a difference but not sure if I need to do that?
So...I deleted the EON app, deleted the charging location from the car and just tried using the Ohme app on its own again.
Now I don't know what I am doing wrong but last night I scheduled the Ohme app to charge between 00:00 and 06:00 (car had 35% left of charge). Told it I wanted to charge to 80% (ignore 100% in the screenshot) in the Ohme app (also have it set to that in the Skoda app). Charging then starts at 00:05 and then randomly stops until 03:00 and then by the morning it has only charged to 74%.
It also seems counterintuitive that you can't just tell the Ohme app I want the same schedule every day? I've taken some screenshots below of the Ohme app so hopefully someone can help explain what I am doing wrong and point me in the right direction please, thank you.
