On the 13th I put a ticket into support and they said they were gonna put my request to a person for further support and I have yet to get a response how long does it usually take cause im kinda worried and dont want to put in a new ticket when I might get a response
I lost my account about 4 days ago and the account can no matter how hard I try make a support account it won't send the email to make a account even after whilelisting all their emails
I am trying to just email them and wanted to know if it would work or if anyone has any ideas as to how to get discord support to send the sign up email
I have been trying for 4 days to log into my discord account after it logged me out.
I woke up 4 days ago to find my account signed out and when I try to log in it says my "login or password are incorrect" but the weird part is when I trying to do forgot password for its email it says "email doesn't exist" and have no idea what to do about it
When i try to sign up for a discord support account the email is not getting the message for the account. Even after waiting 3 hours or trying 20+ times. I have tried whitelisting every email they have. I have tried contacting my email provider. And still nothing
I have called discord inc 50 times and it has every time send me to voice mail and I have left voice mails trying to get any help
I need any help I can I really dont want to lose my 6+ year account
