Anyone have this jacket? I'm thinking about getting this parka during this sale.

For context, I'm in NYC so winters can be in the mid-teens to 30s. I've read some reviews on the sizing on this running large. I'm ~5'10, 175lb if that helps.

Not sure if this is the right sub for this, but recently I ordered a ride in the empower rideshare app. The driver never arrived but I noticed that rather than cancelling, my status changed to "driver is waiting for you" then changed to ride has ended.

I tried calling the driver but it went straight to voicemail. Am I able to dispute this?
