Just found out my daughter may be developing an underbite… feeling overwhelmed

We took my daughter for a dental X-ray because her front teeth looked slightly off.

I honestly thought it was just normal crooked teeth.

But the dentist pointed out signs of developing anterior crossbite / underbite tendencies, and mentioned that early intervention matters a lot before jaw growth progresses further.

Now I’m going down the rabbit hole of:
- mouth breathing
- tongue posture
- facial growth
- early orthodontics

As a parent, this feels overwhelming because you don’t know if you’re overreacting or already late.

Did anyone here go through early treatment with their child?
What actually helped?
