Aim is atrocious

I have horrendous aim. I’ve probably only put 20 hours into Valorant but have nearly 900 in R6S so you would expect that I could click someone’s head fairly consistently but that is not the case. I have a 165hz monitor and run 250fps at least and my average reaction time on human benchmark is about 170-190ms. I play with 1600dpi and 0.16 sens (logitech g pro Superlight) and have put probably 8-9 hours into the range and it seems that my aim isn’t terrible until I verse real people. For starters, I cannot track to save my life and my flicking is so inc inconsistent. It’s like I can’t get used to or understand a sensitivity fully, I either over flick or under flick or just miss their head. If they are stationary, maybe I’ll land my flick 1/4 times but if they’re moving, it’s over. I can’t really hit someone’s head unless I take time to line it up or get lucky with crosshair placement. In siege, I have about 850 hours according to steam and only scraped Gold 5 for a few matches before dropping to the bottom of silver but I have a 1.4kd. It just seems that I might not be naturally gifted at FPS games I guess, which is annoying because I love them. When I was a good player and they land headshot after headshot after headshot, it is almost incomprehensible how they could have such precise hand and arm movements. Is this just something I need to get used to or is it fixable? Also in siege I’ve spend probably 250 hours on aim training and it’s probably only platinum level. Please be honest and just let me know either what I should try or if it’s over, I’d rather just know, I don’t need comforting or anything. I either want to be great or not waste anymore time.
