Running an aerial line questions

Hi all, I have been tasked with installing a few cameras on the far right building in the second pic. There is no power on the property past the brick building on the far left. (The pictured light poles are owned and maintained by the AHJ).

I’m planning to run conduit along the red line on the building I’ve drawn, then run an aerial line. How far can I run an aerial line in this situation? Do I need to have two spans as I’ve drawn up or can I do just one(~75ft)?

I know I’ll need a messenger cable to carry the mechanical load; will any galvanized wire work? What type of cable is used to carry power in an aerial like this?

My background is in low voltage so I want to be aware of anything I might not know. If I’m totally off base and this is something that legally requires an electrician, please let me know.

Is Great Stuff an approved waterproofing method? Or did someone grab their can of expanding foam instead of line pulling lubricant?

It held up for 20 years but now I get to fix this mess.
