Permanent account closure on AirTM after a failed verification despite submitting legitimate documents
I live in Asia, The Philippines, tried setting up an account with AirTM and my verification failed, Identification was legitimate, i reached out to support team only to receive the below message,
"After conducting the necessary study of your case, we inform, your account has been permanently suspended, and you will not be able to continue enjoying our services, nor create another account. This decision is final."
Has anyone experienced this? Or tried fixing this? Would appreciate any advise. thank you
