Rejected stent by 2 vascular doctor due to being 'too young'

21, diagnosed with May thurner, hyperadrenergic pots. I was rejected a stent by 2 vascular doctors due to being too young for a stent. They both told me the side effects of a stent was way too much and they didn't want to take the risk of placing a stent in a 21 year old who seemed 'healthy'. The symptoms I get is pain between my upper thighs near my pelvis, pain on the sides of my thighs, sometimes glute pain, pulled leg and pain. I've had zero DVTs so far, and thats a reason they've declined a stent.

If anyone has any advice please offer. My blood circulation is pretty bad and I get a ton of symptoms that show it, along with seemingly low blood volume. My hope was that a stent would help improve blood circulation so that way my body could recover.

So, basically Friday night I was having a day where I needed something quick to eat and ate canned tuna. This canned tuna gave me a horrible flare, that started with tongue and lip tingling and high blood pressure, and an adrenaline flare and tightness in my throat.

I took a H1 blocker and H2 blocker, and it got a bit better, I slept and woke up next day and it was a bit better but it was clear i was in a flare. Id get adrenaline dumps and hr going up to 140bpm while doing normal activities (i know this isnt that high for some people, but for me its high).

Sunday night the adrenaline went away but I started to feel light, weak and lightheaded. I checked my bp and it was low. Monday my blood pressure was once again low, throat tightness came back, went to ER and they gave me Benadryl. Since then the throat tightness has gone away, however my blood pressure has stayed low since. Its been almost a week since that flare, and my bp is in 90s/60s.

My blood pressure is usually 110s/70s-60s. Im now having chronic low blood pressure when my blood pressure was never chronically low. Ive been hydrating with tons of water, electrolyte drinks, sodium etc. my bp continues to stay low.

Also I was diagnosed with hyperpots. If anyone has any advice on what happened or why my blood pressure is low id greatly appreciate it. Im hoping this will go away because I can 100% feel that its low and I hope this wont be my new normal. I have a job interview soon and im hoping my body will recover before then. 🫩
